Does anyone have suggestions for where I could go (from Toronto, Canada) for a fairly inexpensive week of rest & relaxation?

I don't need much in terms of activities but would like to go somewhere that offers a good coffee shop and a few good, inexpensive restaurants. I'd also like to go somewhere that offers nature of some sort that I can enjoy looking at, i.e. mountains, lake, beach, etc. Please help! Thanks.

Any great hotels in the west side of Puerto Rico...Isabela, Aguadilla going to visit family!

My husband and I are going to the Riu palace tropical Bay in April 2010.
I have to say after spending much time surfing the web trying to find the best things to do and how to get there seems to be a little over whelming if I must say.

My 1st question is I am wanting to go to YS falls, Blue hole, and the Rum tour (this one is for the husband) I am wondering what is the best way to book these tours and what should I do for transportation?

My 2nd question is what about room upgrades? I was told to book the cheapest room and then when I arrive to ask for an upgrade. Has anyone ever done this and what should I offer for price difference? I really would like an Ocean veiw Suite since this is a MOMMY & DADDY vacation.
