Williamsburg : Superb restaurant in Williamsburg

Was in Wmsburg June 2007 for graduation. Graduate took us to Blue Talon restaurant. Superb French bistro. Food was excellent, and an excellent winelist broken down by how much you can (or will) afford for wine. We had wines from the inexpensive and moderate categories and everyone in our party (8 persons) were impressed with the quality of the wine. My dish, scallops provencal was so good that if I am ever within 100 miles of Williamsburg again I'll travel to Blue Talon just to get that more...
