If you go to Memphis for one reason only, let it be The National Civil Rights Museum.
An extensive history of the Civil Rights Movement will take you back in time and to the room where Dr. Martin Luther King spent his last night alive. It is an emotional, moving, spiritual experience. The Museum is free on Mondays after 3pm, but you are without the audio tour. You will not regret time spent at the Museum.
