I went to Zurich for a friend's wedding and had a great time. While there is not much in the way of nightlife, there are great restaurants, hotels and cafes. I would highly recommend the Hotel Adler (which was only $130 a night) and in typical Swiss manner, very nice, clean and had a great breakfast. Must sees include the church with chagall windows, walks by the lake and the Banhof Strasse. There are many beautiful cities close-by including Interlaken and Lucerne which are just a few hrs  more...
