Moscow is one of my favorite cities. The only drawbacks might be if one is hesitant about following the cyrillic alphabet which is how metro directions are clearly marked or if one wanders into trouble at night. More than offsetting the drawbacks are fantastic museums, churches, and public places such as Red Square, life in a vibrant capitol city, and an exposure to an incredibly a rich culture which flouriched in Russia for two centuries and much of which has been carried on in ballet,
