Philadelphia is a beautiful, historic american city, once chosen for good reason as the capitol of the US. But that is the old part of the city, which presents beautiful buildings on a human scale, many of which played important parts on our history. But, while some of the exclusive suburbs are beautiful, other areas can be rather run down.
