Friends of mine moved out to Bend about 3 years ago and none of us could imagine why. After visiting for the holiday weekend, I'm wondering when I'll be able to come back. It is absolutely beautiful out here! And a ton of things to do, that make a weekend trip too short of a visit. I stayed with my friends Cindy and Mike in their self built log cabin house, which they will soon be opening as a bed and breakfast.
