New Zealand is paradise on earth!
Due to my paltry "American corporate-style" vacations, limited to 2 weeks, we explored the North Island one year and then went back the following year and did the South Island, including hiking the Milford Track. I am jealous you get to travel for such an extended period of time.

This is New Zealand's south island, as you travel from the north to the south by plane (I was going from Wellington to Queenstown). To capture these amazing views, be sure to seat on the right side of the plane.
This is the New Zealand. God's unfinished work. I really recomend an hiking trip to this country, its the best way to really get to know it. This is one of the tracks we did: the roteborne track. In total it takes 1 day, but we did one of the segments, and it took 4 hours.
