The Cinque Terre region has been called the Italian Riviera and it’s easy to see why. The area, comprised of five, smaller towns along the northwest coast of Italy, off the Ligurian Sea, offers stunning sea views, rugged cliffs, sun and (I imagine) a lot less hectic pace than the more expensive and luxurious French Riviera.
