Loved Santorini. I was there in Oct. '07 - so the end of their season. We stayed at the Katikies in Oia. It's a beautiful hotel - a bit pricey - I would say you could probably find other hotels that were just as nice but probably not as expensive. It did have 2 infinity pools, a pool in a cave, your own baloneys where breakfast was served every morning. My favorite thing we did was sailing - www.santorinisailing.com. We had so much fun on our day out that our whole group came back for  more...
