The Quilotoa Loop is southeast of Ecuador's capital, Quito. Transportation there is a bit of an adventure because it's in a pretty remote are high in the Andes. You can always hire private transportation from Quito, or if you have time, take the public bus. The drive to Quilotoa is absolutely beautiful. Definitely sit by the window and soak in the views.
