Bahia is one of my favorite places in the world! On my first trip there, I extended my trip by rescheduling my return flight three times, because I was having so much fun. You will find yourself wanting to stay and always wanting to return there. Salvador, Bahia has the best Carnaval in the world. Even Brazilians leave Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and go to Salvador for Carnaval. You will hear great music, see great beaches, and do lots of dancing in the streets around the clock.
