If you want complete R & R, travel at the end of January, beginning of February--very few children, teenagers and college kids, and lots of older travelers who will stay out of your way. Lots of hotels on the "beach strip". Taking a taxi to and from the airport is easy and you don't need Aruban currency--American dollars is fine.
