The Amanpuri is paradise. The rooms are pavilions that are raised off of the ground, and depending on where you are located, offer spectacular views. Ocean views are the best as you can see the prestine waters.

The rooms are well designed and very posh. Each pavilion has a veranda, where you can layout, eat, or just enjoy the view.

The service is top notch. The hotel caters to your every need. We were there on our honeymoon and came back one night to find rose petals all over the pavilion and on our bed, with candles lit to set the mood.

You definitely go there to get away. There is a restaurant and bar, that serves great food. There is also a gourgeous black bottom pool to enjoy, in addition to the private beach. We did take the private boat out and got a tour through the waters and had a chance to snorkel.

This is a place my wife and I keep talking about going back to.
