From: New Jersey
About jliebs77: I live in New Jersey, just outside of New York City. I love to travel, and I especially love to eat. I've attended the French Culinary Institute in New York and have worked as a food writer/editor for nearly five years. I think It's amazing how much you can learn about a culture by eating their food! I find that many "foodies" like me love to match wine with what we're eating, but many find the idea too daunting. I say, don't be afraid. Wine is complicated, and that's what makes it wonderful.
