About jesheng: I am a Chef in the food industry. I started as a pastry cook in 1985 with the Fairmont Hotel in Denver, CO, after receiving a pastry certificate from Emily Griffith Opportunity School. While studying for a culinary arts certificate in 2000 - 2001 at Emily Griffith Opportunity School I worked at the Colorado Conventiion Center as a chef. I’ve also studied at Johnson & Wales University / Denver, CO from 2004 to 2006 for an Associate degree.
