Stowe is a wonderful four season destination (especially winter and summer, although fall foliage is terrific as well). Our favorite place to stay here is the Stoweflake. Excellent service, a top ten spa (Elle Magazine and Ski Magazine), great restaurants and a good location -- the Stoweflake works well for families (even an outdoor pool in the winter) and couples looking for a romantic getaway.
